 Shipping Policy

  1. Delivery & Risk

 

  • We will deliver the goods to the address specified in the order or such other location as agreed with you (the “Delivery Location”).

 

  • Delivery shall be completed on the goods’ arrival to the Delivery Location.

 

  • Once delivery has been completed, the risk in the goods will pass to you.

 

  • Title to the goods will not pass to you until we have received full and valid payment for the goods, in which case we may require you to store/and or return to goods to us at our request.

 

  • Any dates and times for delivery are approximate only and the time of delivery is not of the essence.

 

  • We will not be liable for any delay in delivery which is caused by reasons beyond our control.

 

 

  1. Cancellation

 

  • You may cancel an order within 48 hours of placing the order. You may not cancel an order after this period. Cancellation after this time is not possible once the order is placed however some alteration to the details may be possible within 48 hours, after this the order will be too under way.

 

  1. Delivery

 

  • Products are available worldwide but a postal surcharge will be made outside of the United Kingdom. We aim to deliver all goods within 6-8 weeks but in the event of any delay where this may not be possible the customer will be notified. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time and all goods will need to be signed for.

 

  • Items other than those made-to-measure or made-to-order will be despatched within two working days (if in stock) and delivered by the most suitable manner. This will differ depending on the location of the delivery address. Deliveries of these items will normally be on a 48 hour service in the United Kingdom and within 7 days for the rest of the world. In the event of any delay where this may not be possible the customer will be notified. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time and all goods will need to be signed for.

 

  • We shall not be responsible for any delays caused by issues relating to the courier or postal service however we will help where possible to ensure any issues are overcome to the satisfaction of the purchaser.

 

  • If we are unable to deliver the goods due to an incorrect address or because inappropriate instructions have been received, the goods will be deemed to have been delivered. We may store the goods for re-delivery but any costs related to this may be charged.

 

  • If delivery is outside the U.K. any additional import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
